The PTO sponsors a variety of fundraising activities throughout the school year. The money earned supports many educational and social activities that benefit the students, teachers and families. In recent years, PTO funds have been used to purchase Smart Boards for the classrooms, sponsor hands-on science and art programs and pay for field trips.

MARKET DAY
Market Day is a monthly food co-op program offering a variety of quality frozen food products which are pre-ordered and distributed monthly. The program is offered in both the York and Liverpool buildings. Learn more about Market Day products or order online at www.marketday.com.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR
A wide variety of Scholastic books are brought to both York and Liverpool schools during this bi-annual event. Both teachers and students enjoy browsing through Scholastic’s newest titles, all offered at great prices. Proceeds from this event are used to purchase books for the library and classrooms. GENERAL MILLS BOX TOPS
Earn money for the elementary school just by clipping the ‘Box Tops for Education’ label from your favorite General Mills foods and products. Collection drives are held in November and February, with prizes for the classrooms that bring in the most labels. Visit Boxtops4education for a complete list of products with the Box Top label.

HONEY BAKED HAM SALE
Buy a delicious ham for your holiday meal and support the Buckeye Elementary Schools, too! HoneyBaked Ham donates a portion of all orders collected by the PTO back to the organization. Order forms are distributed to families in November and ham pick-up is scheduled for December

SPIRIT WEAR
Show your Buckeye pride by purchasing quality merchandise through the PTO’s Spirit Wear program. A variety of clothing, including hats, hoodies, t-shirts and pants is offered, all sporting the ‘Buckeye’ or ‘Buckeye Bucks’ logo. Order forms will be sent home in early November and submitted in time to arrive before the holidays.

CAMPBELL SOUP LABELS
For more than 30 years, Labels for Education™ has been awarding free educational equipment to schools in exchange for proofs of purchase from the Campbell family of brands. Simply clip the UPC code (not the label!) from any eligible Campbell product listed at Campbell's Products. Extra points can be earned with UPC codes from Campbell’s® Chunky™ Soups, Chunky™ Chili (bowls), Soup At Hand®, Supper Bakes®, Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Crackers and V8 Splash® beverages. Send in the UPC codes you’ve collected at the end of each month in a clear plastic bag to your child’s teacher.

HOLIDAY SHOP
The Holiday Shop offers many unique and affordable items (many under $5) for your child to purchase for their family and friends. The Shop provides the students the chance to participate in the ‘giving’ of the season, without breaking the piggy bank! The Holiday Shop will run from December 5th - 8th.

GSF FUN FUNDS

Fun Funds is sponsored by GFS Marketplace. Every time you shop at a GFS store, Buckeye Elementary Schools receive a rebate of 5 – 10% of your purchase. The more you and other families purchase from any GFS location, the higher the rebate percentage. Pick up an enrollment application at the York or Liverpool office and take in the application the next time you shop at GFS. Or simply ask to join the program during you next shopping trip.
