In order to make the car rider line more efficient at dismissal, the following changes will begin this Thursday, 9/28: The PM car rider pick up line will begin at 3:15 and end at 4:15 and there will be two pick up lines for dismissal.
PRIMARY PICK UP LINE: Picking up Primary students ONLY -or- Picking up BOTH Primary and Intermediate students.
Continue entering through the track parking lot and looping around. Cars will remain in the left hand lane and drive straight to pick up their Intermediate only student(s) in the Intermediate loop. There will be signs and cones to help. Please note staff will still need the placard number.
INTERMEDIATE PICK UP LINE: Picking up Intermediate ONLY
Continue entering through the track parking lot and looping around. Cars will remain in the right hand lane and turn right to pick up their Primary student(s) only or BOTH Primary and Intermediate student(s). Please be aware there will be two car rider lines and the rest will proceed as normal.
We understand when new procedures are introduced that it takes a few days to work out the kinks and may initially be a little slower than normal. If you enter the wrong line, please remain in that line and we will bring your student to you. There will be staff members available to assist families until we have a routine established. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no changes to the AM car rider drop off. There will continue to be one line, using the same route, and the drop off times will remain 8:20 to 8:55. There are no changes to the current preschool pick up.
